Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return any items of purchase that you have made using our website, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you through the process via email [email protected] and we will get back to you.

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product, as outlined in our cancellation policy and our Terms and Conditions.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • Please notify us about the damaged goods or defective product, in line with Clause 14.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packaging should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • We are unable to accept returns for perishable goods which includes frozen items.
  • We are unable to accept returns for any grooming or healthcare products. 

REFUNDS

Any refund due will be processed within 10 working days of us receiving the goods.
