Terms and conditions of delivery
- All postcodes in England, Scotland and Wales operate on a next working day delivery basis, provided that the order is completed by 12pm midday.
- Courier services will try to deliver your order on two occasions (on two consecutive days). If the delivery is not received by the customer at the second attempt, the order will be sent back to Bombay Basket and a refund for the order will be provided to the customer within 10 working days.
- If the delivery is not received by the customer after two attempts, a delivery charge of £10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- There are no deliveries on Sunday and Public/Bank holidays.
